What to bring
- Your Request for Live Scan Service form (BCIA 8016)
- Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
- Payment: card, cash, or company check
Expired ID cannot be accepted, even by one day. That is a State requirement, not our policy.
Set up where we are coming
- We arrive fully self-contained: table, portable power station, and everything else we need
- Clean, dry hands: lotion the night before if they are very dry

Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday By appointment
This form is open 24/7. Evenings and Saturdays cost no more than weekday mornings.
