Service 01
California DOJ Live Scan
The standard California background check. If an employer, licensing board, school, or agency handed you a Request for Live Scan Service form (BCIA 8016), this is what you need. We capture your prints digitally and transmit them to the California Department of Justice, and to the FBI when your form requires it.

Service 02
FBI Identity History Summary
Your own federal record, released to you. Used for foreign travel, work or study, adoption, public housing, and record challenges or immigration matters handled with an attorney. Stratum is an FBI-approved Channeler, so your request goes directly to the FBI rather than through a middleman.
- $120 / $130 / $140 by zone, no separate government fee
- Results usually the same day, often hours
- $100 when added to a Live Scan you have booked

Service 03
FD-258 Fingerprint Cards
The classic FBI fingerprint card, without the ink. We capture digitally and print onto FD-258 cards on FBI-certified equipment. Needed when the requesting agency is outside California or is a federal agency that does not accept California Live Scan.
- $75 for two cards, $15 each additional, travel included
- No ink, no smudging, fewer rejections
- Mail-in card conversion $85, no travel fee

Corporate & Group On-Site
We bring the full station to your workplace, training center, church, or event and print your whole team in one visit. No lost productivity, no chasing people to go get printed on their own time, and one invoice at the end.
- $50 per person for 5+, travel included

Service 05
Mobile VIN Verification
Stratum holds a DMV Vehicle Verifier license. We come to wherever your vehicle is parked and verify the Vehicle Identification Number, required for registering an out-of-state vehicle in California, and for assembled, kit, and revived-salvage vehicles.
